Write for us
We welcome pitches that make a specific well-being question clearer without promising a cure, selling a universal routine or treating personal experience as proof for everyone.
What we welcome
Send ideas about habits, rest, attention, connection and the cultural language of well-being. Strong proposals explain the reader's question, the central point and why the subject is useful beyond a passing trend. Comparisons, careful explainers and grounded accounts of a common misconception can all work.
What makes a good pitch
Keep the proposal focused: give us a working title, a short outline, the intended reader and any relevant experience or sources you would draw on. Flag claims that need careful qualification. Avoid pitches built around guaranteed outcomes, unsupported health claims or disguised product promotion.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page and select the editorial option. A pitch is a proposal, not a promise of publication; please do not send a complete manuscript unless requested.
Well-being is a life, not a score
A routine can help, but it cannot explain every hard day or guarantee a good one. We look at the circumstances and choices around well-being, not just the slogans.
